Welcome to the Eating for Performance and Health Toolkit
Healthy employees are an asset to any successful organization. A significant indicator of health and productivity is a person’s ability to understand and implement healthful dietary guidelines. For the many of us, managing the demands of work, tight schedules, and family issues leaves little time for eating a well-balanced diet. The consequences? Poor health, higher absenteeism, and low productivity.
