Introduction to “Energizing Your Work Day”
Healthy employees are an asset to any successful organization. A significant indicator of health and productivity is a person’s energy level and ability to be alert and focused. Yet, many employees are working at an energy deficit, due in part to poor self-care skills and/or unmanaged work/life demands. The potential consequences? Poor health, increased errors, accidents, and low productivity.
