The Monterey County Emergency Medical care Committee (EMCC) Council shall advise the Board of Supervisors and the EMS Director on EMS issues.There are eleven (11) voting members of the EMCC Council, appointed by the Board of Supervisors. The Emergency Medical Care Committee normally meets ever other month; scheduled from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of even-months, in the Health Department Whitney Conference Room (First Floor - 129 B&C), 1270 Natividad Road, Salinas. Emergency Medical Care Committee meetings are open to the public.
