Public Health Regional Teams

The Public Health Regional Teams provide services throughout Monterey County. The teams strive to address community needs and priorities, provide a continuum of care between outpatient clinics, hospitals, and medical providers to support improved health, and promote the adoption of healthy behaviors. Home visitation services are provided by a multi-disciplinary team of nurses,  registered dietitians, and social workers. Health educators conduct activities to bolster local community environments that support healthy choices.
